Maison Rose - Apartment 1

Originally a village house and adjoining barn, the owners have transformed the medieval buildings into a luxurious villa and two apartments complete with a large pool and terraced gardens.

The comfortable living room is light and airy and the french doors lead on to a huge private sun terrace with stunning mountain views.

The kitchen/dining area is spacious and well equipped, perfect for entertaining and indulging in the culinary delights of the region.

The large terrace has table and chairs and a BBQ for alfresco dining. Sun loungers, parasols and use of the large heated pool enable guests to make the most of the Mediterranean climate.

The swimming pool measures a generous 12m x 6m and occupies a sheltered, south facing position, getting sun all day. It is usually heated from May through to October. The pool is maintained every day, ensuring it is kept clean.

The English speaking caretaker is on hand to welcome you and make sure you enjoy your stay. He can provide you with home grown vegetables and order local produce from the nearby farm. Cipieres is renowned for its goats cheese and delicious honey!

A two minute walk and you'll find the village square which has a bar/restaurant and the local shop.

Located in the listed medieval mountain village of Cipières, it has stunning views over the Gorges du Loup. You're only half an hour from Grasse and 45 minutes from the coast and Nice Airport.

Cipières is a wonderful base from which to explore the treasures of the area.
