Manoir de Savigny- 2 gites.
A recently renovated 18th century charming cottage surrounded by a beautifull garden and fields with 2 apartments for 3 or 4 persons (or all the cottage for 7 persons).
Located in "La Manche" department near Valognes and Cherbourg in Normandy a few km from the sea, you will be welcome in this charming cottages nestling in the country in a quiet environment.
A popular alley leads to this impressive manor and its genuine farm buildings, cider-press, old arches, cottage, bakery.
Gite 1 for 3 persons:
On the ground floor living/dining room with sofas, large old fireplace (can't be used), a bar with basic cooking facilities ( microwave, fridge).
On the first floor a large room with a queen size bed and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with bath-tub, wash-hand basin, WC, wood floor in bamboo. Electric heating.
Gite 2 for 4 persons:
On the ground floor a large living/dining room with sofas, large old fireplace (can't be used), cd/dvd reader, Internet access, a bar with a full equiped kitchen ( microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer).
On the first floor 2 large rooms with a queen size bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with shower, wash-hand basin, WC, wood floor in bamboo. Electric heating.
Please note that The Manoir de Savigny offers 5 very confortable rooms run as B&B as well
The central position of the manoir de Savigny will enable you to visit a lot the attraction of the region, the d-day landing beaches, the mont saint Michel and Bayeux.
You will be able to take long healthy walks along the numerous beaches of the east coast (Quinéville, St Vaast Hougue, Barfleur...) and the west coast (Barneville&Carteret, Portbail...) or lie on the sandy beaches or have fun in the sea.
