Tourneurs Gite: Carjac

This newly renovated gite is located in a quiet lane just seconds away from the river front in the beautiful old town of Cajarc.

The gite has a large living area with a sofa bed suitable for a small adult or child.

The fully equipped kitchen/dining room has a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and cooker.

There are two bedrooms, the first one is large and has a double bed, the second one which is of equal size contains two single beds that can be joined to make a double.

There is a sunny terrace with table/chairs and barbeque and a pretty garden.

Fishing, canoeing and water skiing are available on the river at Cajarc and the nearest beach can be found at Saint Cirq-Lapopie.

Cajarc has an open air municipal swimming pool, numerous restaurants and bars, a twice weekly market, tourist information office, museum/art gallery and regular entertainment.

Despite the amount of activities available Cajarc is a charming, peaceful, very small town. There are numerous wonderful walks in the area, particularly the Chemin de St. Jacques de Compostelle.

The list of activities nearby is endless! Canoeing, cycling, rock-climbing, pot-holing, horse riding, abseiling, paragliding, water parks, caves, river cruises, walking, children's parks, monkey santuary, eagle santuary, swimming to name a few

However Cajarc is just as suited for a quite relaxing do nothing type of holiday.
