Description
Chalet le Chapeau Bleu- B&B with 5 bedrooms, sleeps up to 13 guests.
Chalet le Chapeau bleu is situated in the heart of the midi Pyrenees with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. If you are lucky, you may see the local deer or wild boar in the adjacent fields.
We are in a quiet spot just 1km from the village of Saint Beat and 7km from the border of Spain and the Val d’Aran. St Beat is known as the ‘Key to France’ Travel a further 20km to visit Bagneres de Luchon, the ‘Queen of the Pyrenees’ or Bossosst in Spain with its lovely tapas bars.
There are 5 bedrooms offering accommodation for 1 – 13 guests. Our prices include a lovely breakfast with fruit, fruit juice, cereal, yoghurt, cheese, jam, croissants, bread and jam and a choice of hot drinks. Depending on the room and number of guests we charge between 32 and 75 euros for the room and breakfast.
A 4 course evening meal with wine is available if pre-booked for guests at only 20 euros (children under 11 - 10 euros)
We are happy for guests to bring their pets with them but please let us know so we are aware. There are local vets who can arrange for the necessary checks prior to returning to the UK for guests who require this.
The region offers a range of outdoor activities including cycling, walking, hiking, fishing in the Garonne river, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tennis, horse-riding, golf, parapenting, rafting and much more.
Alternatively just relax in the garden, visit historical sites in both France and Spain or have a half day in the local thermes with their lovely swimming pools and saunas.
If you have any questions regarding the region or the accommodation, please just ask. We also have two apartments that we rent if you prefer to self-cater.
