If you are looking for a relaxing place in which to discover all the wonders of the Aveyron (with its 10 most beautiful villages) or a romantic weekend getaway, Ginestous located in the pristine Viaur Valley is the place for you.
You will be warmly welcomed by your bilingual hosts Lisou and Rick in their authentic farmhouse dating from 1664 (with all modern amenities!)
The gîte, a former barn, tastefully restored in 2009 with all natural, eco-efficient materials (cork, lime/hemp, recycled traditional roof, old wooden beams), is ideal for a couple or a couple with a small child. Many hiking (biking) trails start right in front of the property.
With accommodation over three levels, (a total of 55m2), the gîte is very bright and spacious with everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a sunny and private terrace overlooking green pastures. The lounge, cosy and tastefully decorated has TV, CD player and many books; you will sleep in a spacious mezzanine below a ceiling of exposed and original beams. You'll find also a large modern shower with separate toilet. The gîte, with its three private entrances is totally independent of the main house. Heat pump/AC.
WIFI, telephone and all charges included; there is a small fee for linen rental; a barbecue is at your disposal for summer use.
The B&B, a spacious room (27m2) with a large ensuite bathroom; bedroom opens onto a lovely terrace overlooking the garden. Two private entrances.
Tastefully restored combining both venerable charm and modern comfort, owners Rick and Lisou will be happy to receive you in this "Moroccan Suite", located on the ground floor of their farmhouse. Aperitif will be served upon your arrival.
A tasty breakfast with homemade fare awaits you and evening meals are available by arrangement.
Tea, coffee available in the room.

Nearest airports are, Rodez, with daily flights to Stansted (UK) and Paris, and Toulouse, with many international connections.
