Surrounded by farmland, forest and numerous lakes this cottage is located in the small hamlet of Chenevieres only 10 minutes from Chalus deep within the heart of the Limousin countryside.
The Gite is attached to yet totally independent from the owner’s Templar house dating back to the 13th Century and has a large attractive garden with views across open farmland.
The Gite:
Open-plan ground floor with well equipped kitchen including a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and gas cooker.
Dining area and comfortable lounge with ample seating and satellite television.
There is an oil fired stove and full, independent central heating.
Sleeping accommodation is comprised of 3 good size bedrooms, a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a bedroom with one single bed.
Shower room and WC.
Garden.
There is a patio area with garden furniture, sun loungers and a gas barbecue for guests use.

Set in a tranquil location it is ideal for all those seeking the peace and quiet of the French countryside. For outings and essentials Chalus is only 10 minutes away and has a good selection of Shops and Restaurants.
For a busier atmosphere Limoges, the regions's capital city is also only 10 minutes away and has a lot to offer with its ancient city centre and famous porcelain museum.
