This recently renovated spacious cottage, which is annexed to the rear of the owners original Limousin farmhouse and barn, has been tastefully and sympathetically modernised whilst retaining many authentic features, which add to the charm of this rural property.
Set in the beautiful countryside of the Haute Vienne in the hamlet of Les Brégères. French department 87.
A large private sunny terrace with garden furniture and BBQ, a pretty cottage garden and well tended lawn are ideal for you to while away lazy days and nights.
An original barn door gives access into an entrance vestibule. 2 steps lead into:
A large well-equipped traditional farmhouse dining kitchen, which has a lovely view over the garden. This room retains many authentic features including huge chestnut beams and a brick fireplace into which has been installed a wood burning fire modern gas cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer are also provided.
A door leads through into:
An attractive spacious lounge furnished with comfortable cottage furniture and has a fireplace with wood burning stove and also offers a more formal dining area under the mezzanine.
Sat TV HI FI DVD
French doors give access to the terrace and garden.
A staircase leads onto a balustrade mezzanine with an additional cosy sitting area, from where the 2 bedrooms and bathroom are accessed.
Master bedroom has free staning furniture with a double bed
Second bedroom has a set of bunks and a three quater bed, free standing furniture

The Haute Vienne is famous for its vast expanses of Chestnut and Oak forests and its profuse and diverse wildlife and has consequently been designated as part of France's newest Parc Regionale.
Whilst the area provides the perfect setting for a summer holiday it is also particularly beautiful in Spring and Autumn when the changing colours of the seasons are a photographers dream.
The nearest towns are Rochechouart, Oradour-sur-Vayres and Vayres, whilst Limoges noted for its fine Porcelain, Angoulême, Cognac, Confolens famous for its August festival celebrating music and dance from around the world and Futuroscope (near Poitiers), are all easily accessible.
It is therefore ideal for anyone who enjoys walking, fishing, bird watching, watersports and cycling.
