Gites in Brittany-Cotes d'Armor sleeps 20: La Tarais
This16th century "longere" is located in a very peaceful countryside setting only 4 miles from the historic town of Dinan, 20 minutes away form the sandy beaches and close to many great entertainment parks and activities for children of all ages.
The house has 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and dining room, ideal for familly reunions or large parties of friends. Children are welcome and cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost. The cottage is also fitted with stair gates for safety purposes.
The large gardens provide plenty of room for children to play safely and to enjoy the fenced swimming pool.
The children's playground has swings and a slide and there is also a grass field ideal for playing football, rugby or cricket for children and adults alike!
The accommodation:
The south facing dining room has a large fireplace for the winter months, large oak tables and beamed ceiling.
From the dining room there is direct access to the large terraced area with an 8 metre long pergola and tables and chairs for 'alfresco' dinners on those long summer evenings.
The fitted oak kitchen is charming and sufficiently equipped to deal with large groups.
The sitting room is on the ground floor . A cosy and comfortable room with sofas and armchairs and views over the garden. There is a TV with English & French channels, video and dvd player as well as plenty of reading material.

Please note that for smaller parties, there are also three cottages or gites sleeping from 2 - 6 people with private south facing terraces as well as fenced back gardens.
